One great thing about life is that you can’t really predict anything about it. Of course, that’s also one of the worst parts. But when you get used to the fact that this particular coin always has two sides to it, neither one really can get you too down or too high that you can’t get up and see what’s in store for the next day.

So, it seems all the more fitting that my new blog’s false start occurred on April fools Day. And now, I get around to firing up the blogging client again on Easter weekend. In the intervening three weeks, the whole household has been picked up and moved. We are now all installed in a lovely new home about a mile from our old place, with plenty of space and a lot less opportunities to feel overwhelmed by close quarters and noisy neighbors. Podcast recording quality may improve: who knows, stranger things have happened… 🙂

But new beginnings, that’s what this season is all about. We’re planting a new lime tree outside, have new projects on the drawing board and I have several shiny new Scrivener projects with rising word counts. Hopefully, I’ll be able to share something neat before too long. And otherwise, we can always just flip that proverbial coin again.
